Annexair offers an extensive line of Outside Air Ventilation units up to 80,000 cfm.  The units incorporate the main air-to-air energy recovery technologies of heat wheels, plate heat exchangers and heat pipes, as well as a variety of heating and cooling options in different configurations.  Special configurations include rooftop mounted water-source heat pumps or air cooled units.  All models are available for interior or exterior installation.

Panasonic’s Variable Flow Refrigerant Systems are industry leading.  A single condensing unit can serve multiple DX evaporators in the space, minimizing installation cost, but optimizing zoning.  Options include cooling only, heat pump, and heat recovery (where heating and cooling can be accomplished simultaneously.)

Motivair specializes in the design, application and integration of high efficiency commercial and industrial cooling systems.  Motivair's wide variety of chillers include Integrated Free Cooling systems and Simultaneous Cooling and Heat Recovery chillers, both air and water cooled.

Concepts and Designs, Inc. is a manufacturing company supplying both pre-engineered and custom engineered Desiccant Dehumidification, Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning, and related products to the commercial and industrial marketplace.  CDI offers a NoThruMetal cabinet with four inches of polyurethane foam insulation and no metal fasteners or structural members connecting the inner (cold) surfaces to the outer(warm and potentially humid)surfaces.

The water source heat pump is, by definition, a heat recovery system.  It is best applied to buildings that have simultaneous cooling and heating loads.  This is the case during winter months during which some units cool interior zones while others heat perimeter zones.  The heat rejected by cooling units can be used to heat domestic hot water in lieu of a natural gas boiler, with very attractive energy savings.

Tandem Chillers manufactures the only true modular chilling system - where it is possible to remove, service or replace individual components without shutting down the balance of the system - all in the space of a few hours.  Special piping and valving arrangements make this a truly redundant design.
